Soccer Solutions Cricut Cartridge Review
The soccer mom and soccer fan or player both old and young can find countless of ways to use the Cricut Soccer Solutions cartridge. It has fifty characters consisting of soccer related phrases and expressions, soccer equipment, uniforms, player positions, player silhouettes, and other paraphernalia. Phrases include “football soccer”, “practice drills”, “scoring a goal”, “kickin’ it”, “nice pass”, “great save”, “take a shot”, “tournament”, and “score”. Equipment and uniform include the soccer ball, player jersey and shorts, soccer shoes, and the goalkeeper’s glove. Other related characters are a bench, grass, flag, the goal, playing field, stopwatch, whistle, water bottle, and trophy. Words indicating playing positions are goalie, goalkeeper, defender, fullback, midfield, halfback, striker, forward, sweeper, center, wing, coach, and substitute. This cartridge is compatible with both the basic Cricut Machine, or the deluxe Expressions Machine, and the new Cricut Create.
The two special features for this cartridge are the Shadow and the Blackout. The Shadow creative feature creates a larger shadow image of the original graphic. Choosing the Blackout creative feature on the other hand will result in a similar shadow design but without the interior holes or cut in a letter or graphic. By combining the base design with either the shadow feature or the blackout feature, a different design will result. Or even the shadow and blackout features can also be combined to make a unique design.
A wide range of projects can be made from the Cricut Soccer Solutions cartridge. The soccer mom or school’s soccer coach can make creative and colorful posters for the team’s practice and tournament schedules. The scorecards can be made even more adorable for the junior soccer players when made using the graphics from the Soccer Solutions cartridge. Certificates and awards at the end of the game and at the end of the season can definitely be more dressed up and professional looking by using the various graphics and characters like the silhouettes of the players in action. A photo album of the team can be spruced up by pasting around the corresponding graphic from this cartridge.
The soccer theme can even be brought into the room of the soccer obsessed little boy. Room decorations of designs and graphics made from the Soccer Solutions cartridge can be pasted all over the room. The limit of one can do depends on one’s imagination. Even non-soccer related decorations, cards, invitations, and scrapbook projects can be made using the water bottle, bench, grass, stopwatch, and whistle characters.
