Sesame Street Friends Cricut Cartridge Review

Provo Craft in collaboration with Sesame Workshop has come up with Sesame Street Friends Cricut cartridge, a fun cartridge that’s sure to be a hit with young ones and those young once who grew up with the hit television show. The Sesame Street Friends cartridge is jam-packed with fun shapes based on the various Sesame Street characters. This is perfect for creating scrapbooks and notebooks for kids as well as decorating child-centric areas, such as nurseries, preschool classrooms, and daycare centers.

Possibly the most popular on Sesame Street, Elmo has five different sets of shapes in the cartridge: Elmo in a joyful pose with his arms and legs flung out to express his happiness, Elmo reading a book, Elmo running, Elmo either dancing or jumping, and Elmo standing with a big grin. Sesame Street’s resident blue cookie connoisseur, Cookie Monster, is also included in the cartridge in four different sets: the character running and waving, standing and waving with a big smile, standing and eating a gigantic cookie, and eating cookies from a cookie jar. The most celebrated bird of all time, Big Bird, is part of the Sesame Street Friends cartridge. Big Bird is depicted as standing and flinging his wings out in a welcoming gesture, sitting down, and standing with one hand raised in a wave. Big Bird’s perpetually pessimistic yet still lovable sidekick and best friend, Snuffleupagus, is also included in this fun cartridge. The Snuffleupagus shapes include Snuffy sitting down with one trunk raised in greeting and Snuffy walking. Ernie and Bert also make an appearance. Bert is shown standing with arms akimbo, sitting with his legs stretched out in front of him, and standing with his legs apart and a thumbs-up gesture. Ernie, the more optimistic half of the duo, is featured standing and waving with his trademark beam, sitting down while holding his beloved Rubber Ducky, and running. Of course, this cartridge would never be complete without the neighborhood grumpy character, Oscar. In the cartridge, Oscar the Grouch is seen grinning from his trash can, waving, and smirking with his head perched on his palm and a sign saying, “I love trash!” affixed to the front of his home.

Note that the character shapes listed above are just a sampler of the many goodies in the cartridge, which includes other less popular but just as endearing characters. Apart from the many characters that this cartridge offers, there are also creative feature keys. These creative features include layering, icon, shadow, and blackout, to give you endless artistic possibilities.
