Fabulous Finds Cricut Cartridge Review
For filing and scrapbooking creative pursuits, Provo Craft brings the Fabulous Finds cartridge which includes the unique and interesting designs created by Heather Lancaster who lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with her husband and six kids. Her inspiration came from growing up and missing out on her kindergarten days. Heather is very fond of the basic kindergarten curriculum such as cutting, drawing, pasting, and collecting all sorts of materials such as different kinds of paper and making them into family scrapbooks which she has amassed a collection of over the years.
What the Fabulous Finds cartridge includes are advanced shapes and patterns which can be cut and glued together to accessorize and decorate your albums and scrapbooks. The Fabulous Finds Cricut cartridge collection is made up of heart shapes, star shapes, flowers, and the different Cricut patterns such as Windows, Jagged, Inserts, Stretched, Shadow, Blackout. The Fabulous Finds cartridge includes patterns which appear in different colors such as yellow, olive green, powder blue, pink, lavender, and indigo. Aside from these patterns, you can combine shapes and patterns together. You can select from the various Creative Feature keys which include the patterns mentioned above, before you hit on the CUT button. Then, there is a feature as well called Inserts where some inserts can be combined with the different creative feature patterns to cover spaces on the windows.
Using these shapes and patterns, different projects can be created such as photo albums, scrapbooks, matchbooks, greeting cards, and invitations. A suggested project would be a “50” File Folder Album, which can clearly organize different events, different topics, or just different ideas. It can also quickly organize 50 different things like 50 favorite destinations, 50 favorite things, or 50 foods that you like best. All that is needed to complete this project would be of course, the Cricut machine along with Cricut cardstock in the Blues color, as well as in pink and green, epoxy stickers, preferably the Rob and Bob Studio “Craft Candy” memories, black numeral rub-ons, ribbon, and ink. The end product would be a tabbed file folder album where just about anything can be organized into.
The Fabulous Finds cartridge projects encourages more ideas and unique creative projects that families can try in order to make their scrapbooking activity more fun and enjoyable. Scrapbooking can not only be confined to mere cutting, organizing pieces together, and gluing. Different shapes and patterns can make a lot more difference in the way the scrapbook would appear after everything has been put in place.
